    Order placed and item dispatched and received within a week which is pretty amazing.
    The item itself was easy to assemble and it's very solid and comfortable.
    Unfortunately my bench was cosmetically damaged during transit and upon receipt box had two big holes in the box and had two big scratches on the front and side.
    Customer service was quick to respond and provided a resolution. Overall amazing service and will be placing my next order soon.
