    Our gymnastic track mats are available in a variety of sizes. Some are ideal for practising balance beam routines and some are larger and designed for tumbling training such as punch fronts, back tucks, dive rolls, aerials, and front and back handsprings. You can also choose from round landing mats, block landing mats, and inflatable roller mats to practice backbends, front and back walkovers, and parallel bar strengthening.

    Athletes can lower the air pressure to make their mat softer and more supportive or increase the pressure for less jump power. The pressure required will vary by the type of training being completed and by the athlete’s height and weight. 

    Not Practicing Acrobatics? 

    Gymnastic air tracks are ideal for any type of balance work out, such as yoga, and any activity that would be more comfortable with a softer or springier mat. You could even purchase one to replace traditional yoga and fitness mats. In addition to acrobatics, dancers can use an inflatable gymnastic mat to practice leaps and master pirouettes, fouettes, and double, triple, and quadruple turns. And yes, they float so you can use them to paddleboard or lounge on calm water.
