We understand that freight costs on bulky gym equipment can be frustrating. That’s why we now offer FREE METRO SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $250 nationwide, with ACT, NSW and VIC enjoying free shipping on orders over $250 across all serviceable areas.

For orders under $250, shipping is calculated based on product size and delivery location. You can enter your postcode on each product page to receive a delivery estimate. Final shipping charges will always be displayed at checkout before payment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect.

Destination Surcharges

Free shipping over $250 applies to metro delivery areas.

For regional or remote locations, additional freight charges may apply. This is because certain addresses fall outside standard courier delivery zones and require specialised freight partners.

If your address requires any additional delivery charges, our team will always notify you before dispatch.

Delivery & Tracking

Many of our products are packed in 2 or 3 separate parcels due to their size. These may arrive on different days depending on how your local depot sorts freight. Please allow 2–3 business days for remaining parcels to arrive after the first delivery.

Please note that delivery to PO Box addresses is only available for products under 22kg and 1 metre in length. Larger items require a valid street address at checkout.

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please double-check your address details at checkout. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days once payment is confirmed.

Delivery Schedule

AUSTRALIA POST
If you are not at home during normal business hours (9am – 5pm), you will receive a card advising that your parcel is available for collection at your local post office. A valid photo ID and signature are required.
A re-delivery fee may apply for items returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address details or failure to collect.

COURIER
Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays, or after business hours.
We aim to provide door-to-door delivery wherever possible. However, customers in remote areas may be required to collect items from their nearest freight depot.
A calling card will be left if no one is available during the first delivery attempt.
Original delivery fees may be charged if parcels are returned due to incorrect address details or failure to respond to courier notifications.

PICKUP
Orders can be collected from our warehouse immediately after purchase confirmation.
