We understand you wouldn't be happy to see surprisingly high shipping cost at checkout. Therefore, we offer free shipping to all products to Australia non rural/regional areas. We also make sure our shipping charges are low and reasonable, even for bulky and heavy items, to those rural/regional areas.
How do you qualify for free shipping?
For an accurate delivery quote: place the items you wish to order in your shopping cart, simply enter your shipping address and postcode. Your final shipping charges will be displayed in your checkout page before you proceed to payment so that you know exactly how much shipping will be.
Outside of Australia Metro areas delivery charges vary depending on the size and weight of your order and your chosen delivery address.
We do not suggest express shipping for large sports and fitness products as the cost can be absurd. However, if you need them urgently, please contact us for best express shipping charges.
Delivery & Tracking
Many of our products are separately packed in 2 or 3 parcels due to the large size. They might be delivered to you separately depending on how local delivery depot sort parcels. Please do not worry about missing package and allow next 2 - 3 business days for the other parcel's arrival after the first one.
We have two warehouses (Melbourne and Perth) dispatching your orders in 24 hours from whichever warehouse with stock and is closer to your delivery address.
Please note that deliver to PO BOX address is available for products below 22kg and 1M length. Please make sure you have provided a correct street address during checkout on products of excessive size.
To aid in smooth and speed of delivery, ensure your address is correct during the checkout. With correct information provided, your order is dispatched within 1 business day.
Please allow 2 to 12 business days for product to arrive. We highly recommend providing an answerable contact number and email address as we do make call to follow up item delivery status. To make sure you're covered by our delivery partners, please monitor parcel status and make your lost parcel claim within below time frame:
- No scan event update for 30 days;
- Parcel "Delivered" status for 14 days.
Your item will be sent via Australia Post or courier depending on its size and weight.
If you are not at home during normal business hours (9am – 5pm), you will receive a card indicating the item is required to be picked up from a local post office. A signature is required for collection with a valid photo ID.
A re-delivery fee will be charged to you for items that are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address or failure to collect from local post office.
Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
We aid to provide door to door delivery for every customer. However, buyers in remote areas may be required to collect item from their nearest freight depot. Please ensure if you have any questions about the re-delivery service, we are always here to back you up.
A calling card will be left at front door for you to arrange a delivery if no one attend to first delivery.
Original delivery fee will be charged if parcel returns to our warehouse due to incorrect address or failure to respond to calling card left by courier driver.

All the orders are trackable and tracking information will be supplied as soon as we dispatch the orders.
