I live in Sydney NSW and the unit arrived within a week with no additional delivery charges.

I was able to assemble the frame using the same socket wrench and ring spanner for all nuts and bolts with clear, easy to read instructions.

The frame is rigid and solid, able to support rated load and comes with safety guard rails included.

So far we have been able to use the frame for squats, bench press, incline bench press and military press, pull-ups, chin-ups and toes to bar.

The frame is well worth the price but one thing to note is that the frame is designed for an Olympic bar and plates. A standard barbell is only suitable if the grip width is at least 1200mm wide..

The unit does come with additional bolts to secure it to the floor. If the unit is not bolted to the floor it would be best to purchase and lay down gym mats for the frame to rest on
