    Manufacturing defect or warranty claim

    At Gym Plus, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect or need to make a warranty claim, please review the following policy.

    1. All products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months, beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

    2. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us and provide the following information:
    - Your order number.
    - A detailed description of the fault or defect.
    - Clear photographs or videos that illustrate the fault, if possible. This helps expedite the resolution process.
    Upon receiving your report, our team will review the provided information and may request additional details or evidence. 

    3. Return Authorisation: If it is determined that the item is indeed faulty, we will issue a return authorisation number (RAN) and provide instructions on how to return the item to us.

    4. Please note that packaging the item for undamaged shipment is up to you.

    5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault or defect. Based on our inspection, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    - Replacement of the faulty item with a new, identical product.
    - A refund for the full purchase price, including any shipping fees associated with the original order.
    - Repair services, if applicable and agreed upon.
    The resolution option will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

    Warranty coverage

    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In addition to your statutory rights, Gym Plus offers a 12 months warranty on all products used for private household use from the date of purchase.

    If the products are unusable upon receiving or there is a major fault, the customer may choose between a full product refund via the original payment method or a replacement product. In the case of a minor failure,Gym Plus warranty may cover fitment of replacement parts or offer replacement parts to the customer. Other alternatives may be offered to the satisfaction of both parties.

    While many spare parts are available, we may need to order certain parts from the supplier on your behalf. Whilst most ordered parts arrive within 2 to 3 weeks, a small number of difficult to order parts may require up to 8 weeks to arrive.

    Exclusions
    • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
    • Custom-made or modified products are not covered by this warranty unless explicitly stated.
    • Damage to external or product packaging only
    • Insignificant minor variations in dimensions or colour
    • Insignificant minor imperfections or superficial blemishes
    • This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
    • Any repairs or replacements provided under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
