    BEST THING I EVER BROUGHT!

    Having a son with ADHD, ASD & SPD he is constantly on the go and getting outside to play is not always an option!, having brought this mini tramp with a horizontal bar for him to swing off, hang from, hang upside down from, do flips, bounce on,use it as a cubby and run around inside it like a hamster wheel has been the best thing ever!!!!!! Especially for an exhausted mum with her couch used for sitting purposes only now! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    It's so sturdy made with great materials! It's alot to put together took me just under 2 hours and alot of strength. Would recommend 2 people to put it together. But overall the quality is great. Make sure to measure the space first as pictures don't show how large it is. We love it for our 2 year old. Great purchase!

    Love love love this trampoline

    This trampoline is actually set inside our apartment (luckily we’re on the ground floor so no neighbours below!), and my two year old loves it and spends so much time on it. It’s been great for his gross motor skills and for burning energy when we don’t have a yard. It is quite nice looking as well, although bigger than I expected the colours and design and clean and minimalist and not over the top kiddy looking. To mix things up we are currently using it as a ball pit which has made it even more fun! The trampoline has a great amount of bounce to it as well, and I jump on it myself from time to time. There’s also room for my son and I to play on it together. It seems super sturdy and good quality, and also extremely safe… all the springs and bars are really well padded and we haven’t yet had a single trampoline related injury!

    We offer free shipping to metro areas for non-bulky items and most heavy gym equipment. (Unfortunately, we can't provide free shipping for very large products.)

    To get a delivery quote, enter your shipping area and postcode on each product page. The final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you proceed to payment, so you'll know exactly what to expect.

    Destination Surcharges

    Additional shipping charges may apply for some rural or remote areas. This is because most national couriers don't deliver to these locations directly, and we need to use local couriers, which costs a bit more. Rest assured, we'll cover as much of the cost as possible!

    Please contact us if you feel the shipping cost to your address is unreasonable. We're always happy to re-quote and provide lowest rates for you!

    Yes, we do offer a local pickup option! If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can select the local pickup option at checkout. The best part? Your order is usually ready to be collected straight away! We’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready, and you can come by at your convenience to pick it up. This is a great way to save on shipping costs and get your items even faster.

    We use various delivery partners for different products sizes and delivery destinations.

    Please note that deliver to PO BOX address is available for products below 22kg and 1M length. Please make sure you have provided a correct street address during checkout on products of excessive size.

    If you are not at home during normal business hours (9am – 5pm), you will receive a card indicating the item is required to be picked up from a local depot. A signature is required for collection with a valid photo ID.

    A re-delivery fee will be charged to you for items that are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address or failure to collect from local depot.

    Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

    We aid to provide door to door delivery for every customer. However, buyers in remote areas may be required to collect item from their nearest freight depot. Please ensure if you have any questions about the re-delivery service, we are always here to back you up.

    All the orders are trackable and tracking information will be supplied as soon as we dispatch the orders.

    You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the couriers website. Please choose the correct courier website.

    Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate with our delivery partners.

    Many products are packed in multiple packages and might be delivered separately. They might be delivered to you separately depending on how local delivery depot sort parcels. Please allow a few extra days for all remaining parcels to arrive.

    We take great care in packaging your items securely, but in the rare event that something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means sending a replacement, offering a refund, or finding another solution that works for you.

We ask that you disassemble and package the item(s) neatly and ship them back to us first.

    Warranty Claims

    At Gym Plus, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect or need to make a warranty claim, please review the following policy.

    1. All products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months, beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

    2. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us and provide the following information:
    - Your order number.
    - A detailed description of the fault or defect.
    - Clear photographs or videos that illustrate the fault, if possible. This helps expedite the resolution process.
    Upon receiving your report, our team will review the provided information and may request additional details or evidence. 

    3. Return Authorisation: If it is determined that the item is indeed faulty, we will issue a return authorisation number (RAN) and provide instructions on how to return the item to us.

    4. Please note that packaging the item for undamaged shipment is up to you.

    5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault or defect. Based on our inspection, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    - Replacement of the faulty item with a new, identical product.
    - A refund for the full purchase price, including any shipping fees associated with the original order.
    - Repair services, if applicable and agreed upon.
    The resolution option will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
