Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Competition Organiser

This giveaway is run byGym Plus (ABN: 78607301655) (the “Promoter”). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Facebook.

2. Competition Period

The competition starts on March 7, 2025, at 12:00 AM AEDT and ends on March 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM AEDT. Entries outside this period will not be considered.

3. Eligibility

• Open toAustralian residents aged18 years and over.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Gym Plus arenot eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

1. Submit their details through the official entry form on the Gym Plus website.

2. Follow@gymplus.com.au on Instagram.

3. Tag a friend

Each participant canonly enter once. Duplicate entries will not be counted.

5. Prize Details

• One (1) winner will receive a Pink Olympic Rubber Bumper Plates 5/10/15/20kg (Pairs)

• Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or an alternative product.

• Prize includesdelivery within Australia to the winner’s provided address.

6. Winner Selection & Announcement

• The winner will berandomly selected from all eligible entries.

• The draw will take place onMarch 14, 2025 at Gym Plus.

• The winner will be announced viaInstagram Stories (@gymplus.com.au) and contacted viaDM and email within 48 hours of the draw.

7. Claiming the Prize

• The winner must respond within48 hours of being contacted.

• If the winner does not respond within this timeframe,Gym Plus reserves the right to redraw a new winner.

8. General Terms

• Gym Plus reserves the right todisqualify any participant who does not comply with the competition rules.

• Entries that are incomplete, incorrect, or suspected of being fraudulent will be void.

9. Social Media Release

• This giveaway isnot sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook.

• By entering, participants acknowledge thatInstagram/Facebook are not responsible for any issues related to this giveaway.

10. Privacy & Data Use

• Personal data collected (name, email, phone number) will only be usedfor the administration of the giveaway.

• By entering, participants agree to receive marketing emails from Gym Plus. They canunsubscribe at any time.

• Gym Pluswill not share personal data with third parties outside of running this giveaway.

11. Liability Disclaimer

• Gym Plus isnot responsible for technical failures (e.g., website issues, internet disruptions) that may prevent an entry from being received.

• Gym Plus is not liable forany injury, loss, or damage resulting from entering this giveaway or using the prize.

12. Changes & Cancellations

Gym Plus reserves the right tomodify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
