Christmas Delivery Cut-Off Dates 🎄

To give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas, please place your order by the dates listed below. These dates are based on courier guidance and our warehouse dispatch times.

These dates are a guide only. Delivery times may vary during peak season depending on courier delays, weather conditions and local depot capacity. We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Please note: Orders placed after the cut-off dates may still arrive before Christmas, but this cannot be guaranteed by couriers during December.

Shipping Rates

We understand that unexpectedly high shipping costs can be frustrating. That's why we guarantee the lowest shipping charges for big items in Australia, including rural and regional areas.

We offer free shipping to metro areas for non-bulky items. (Unfortunately, we can't provide free shipping for very large products.)

To get a delivery quote, enter your shipping area and postcode on each product page. The final shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you proceed to payment, so you'll know exactly what to expect.

Destination Surcharges

Additional shipping charges may apply for some rural or remote areas. This is because most national couriers don't deliver to these locations directly, and we need to use local couriers, which costs a bit more. Rest assured, we'll cover as much of the cost as possible!

Please contact us if you feel the shipping cost to your address is unreasonable. We're always happy to re-quote and provide lowest rates for you!

Delivery & Tracking

Your order will be leaving our warehouse in 1 business day.

Many of our products are separately packed in 2 or 3 parcels due to the large size. They might be delivered to you separately depending on how local delivery depot sort parcels. Please do not worry about missing package and allow next 2 - 3 business days for the other parcel's arrived after the first one.

Please note that deliver to PO BOX address is available for products below 22kg and 1M length. Please make sure you have provided a correct street address during checkout on products of excessive size.

To aid in smooth and speed of delivery, ensure your address is correct during the checkout. With correct information provided, your order is dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.

Delivery Schedule

AUSTRALIA POST
If you are not at home during normal business hours (9am – 5pm), you will receive a card indicating the item is required to be picked up from a local post office. A signature is required for collection with a valid photo ID.
A re-delivery fee will be charged to you for items that are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address or failure to collect from local post office.

COURIER
Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
We aid to provide door to door delivery for every customer. However, buyers in remote areas may be required to collect item from their nearest freight depot. Please ensure if you have any questions about the re-delivery service, we are always here to back you up.
A calling card will be left at front door for you to arrange a delivery if no one attend to first delivery.
Original delivery fee will be charged if parcel returns to our warehouse due to incorrect address or failure to respond to calling card left by courier driver.

PICKUP
Orders can be picked up instantly as soon as order placed online or purchase at our warehouse.
