Was pleasantly surprised how well everything worked. I had tried a number of multi function trainers when shopping around but found them to feel too ‘budget’ like. This oasis unit is great, fairly compact for everything it offers and extremely smooth pulley system. Looks great as well. With a few cable attachment accessories I can’t see myself needing anything else.
Only down side is the smith machine itself. It doesn’t have enough clearance to do certain exercise variants due to the overall compact nature of the setup.
Easy setup and clear instructions. Need a few hours to set it all up. Can be done with one person, but having an extra hand at times would really help.
Excitedly opened and set up my gear when I got home from work 2 weeks ago thinking it was great looking but not sure how funtional or solid it would feel.
Nearly a month in and I feel like it is all I could ever need with astrong bar and really well weighted, solid rack. Very happy with this purchase.
Also surprisingly happy with how the adjustable bench functions. Feels as good as some of the much dearer ones from commercial gyms I am used to.
Finally decided on GP half power rack combo after a long search through so many confusing options! Strong bands as expected. Needed to replace old bands, and these were great price. Delivered quick.
The thickest assisted band is great. It measures at 8.3cm wide. This is perfect for assisted pull ups or reverse pull ups.
I bought this cable pulley system to attach to my rack and honestly couldn’t be happier with it. It was easy to set up, feels really sturdy and has added so much more variety to my home gym without taking up a heap of extra space.
The pulley runs smoothly and feels solid even when I’m using heavier weight. I’ve been able to use it for everything from lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns and rows to face pulls, curls and accessory work.
For something that simply attaches to my existing rack, it has completely changed how much I can do at home. Great quality, versatile and definitely worth the money. I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to get more out of their rack without having to buy another massive piece of equipment. 💪
