We've simplified freight on bulky gym equipment. Enjoy FREE METRO SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $250. Orders delivered within ACT, NSW and VIC qualify for free shipping over $250 across all serviceable areas.

For orders under $250, shipping is calculated based on product size and delivery location. Simply enter your postcode on the product page to receive an estimate. Final shipping charges are always shown clearly at checkout before payment — no surprises.

Destination Surcharges: Free shipping over $250 applies to metro delivery areas. Certain regional or remote locations may fall outside standard courier service zones and may require additional freight charges.

Even when shipping charges apply, we always work to secure the lowest possible freight rate and subsidise delivery wherever possible to keep costs fair.

Yes! You can select the local pickup option at checkout. Your order is usually ready to be collected straight away — we'll notify you as soon as it's ready. This is a great way to save on shipping costs and get your items even faster.

We use various delivery partners depending on product size and delivery destination. Delivery to PO BOX addresses is available for products below 22kg and 1m in length — please provide a street address for oversized items.

If you are not home during business hours (9am–5pm), you will receive a card to collect from a local depot. A signature and valid photo ID are required for collection. A re-delivery fee applies for items returned due to incorrect address or failure to collect.

Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours. Buyers in remote areas may be required to collect from their nearest freight depot.

All orders are trackable. Tracking information will be supplied as soon as we dispatch. Click the tracking number link in your email to track your package on the courier's website. Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate.

Many products are packed in multiple packages and might be delivered separately depending on how the local delivery depot sorts parcels. Please allow a few extra days for all remaining parcels to arrive.

Please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible — whether that means sending a replacement, offering a refund, or finding another solution that works for you.

At the moment, Gym Plus ships within Australia only.

We ship items out very quickly after receiving orders. To request a change or cancellation, please email us as soon as possible:

3. Include your order number
4. Include the desired changes or cancellation request

Please note: we can't make changes if our warehouse team has already processed your order.

Lifetime Trade-In — No longer eligible for the above? Most products are covered by our lifetime trade-in policy. We'll offer 25% of the product's value as a Gym Plus gift card. Item must be disassembled, packaged neatly, and shipped back to us first.

All returns must be sent to our Melbourne warehouse.

At Gym Plus, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect or need to make a warranty claim, please review the following policy.

1. All products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months, beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
2. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us and provide the following information:
   • Your order number.
   • A detailed description of the fault or defect.
   • Clear photographs or videos that illustrate the fault, if possible. This helps expedite the resolution process.

   Upon receiving your report, our team will review the provided information and may request additional details or evidence.

3. Return Authorisation: If it is determined that the item is indeed faulty, we will issue a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and provide instructions on how to return the item to us.
4. Please note that packaging the item for undamaged shipment is up to you.
5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault or defect. Based on our inspection, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
   • Replacement of the faulty item with a new, identical product.
   • A refund for the full purchase price, including any shipping fees associated with the original order.
   • Repair services, if applicable and agreed upon.

   The resolution option will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
