5/5 – Finally a proper adductor/abductor machine that actually gets used
Picked up the Gym Plus L4 Pro plate-loaded hip adductor/abductor for the home gym and it’s been one of the better purchases I’ve made for legs.
Build quality is solid. The frame doesn’t flex or rock when you load it up, the motion is smooth with no clunking or sticking through the set, and the pads sit in a comfortable position so you can actually stay locked in and squeeze. Dual function is the point
of this machine and it does both jobs well — squeezing in for adductors and driving out for abductors without feeling like a compromise piece. Olympic sleeves are a plus; you can progress properly instead of being stuck on a light stack.
It’s compact enough that it doesn’t dominate the room, looks clean in the matte black finish, and switching between adductor and abductor is quick once you’ve used it a couple of times. If inner and outer thighs / glute med have been lagging, this fills that gap properly.
Only small thing I’d change: a couple of extra pin positions for a slightly bigger start range on abductors would be nice. You can still get a good stretch and a hard contraction, but a bit more ROM on the way out would make it even better.
Apart from that, no complaints. Stable, smooth, does exactly what it’s meant to do. Happy with it.

We purchased the foldable bar for my 9yo and she loves it. It’s sturdy and easy to fold, unfold and put away by 1 person.
It only took a couple of days to deliver.

We have a very active and curious little 10 month old boy … and he absolutely loves his new play gym!! It’s definitely one of the best things we’ve purchased and we were so happy there were different colours to choose from (he’s the boss but we just can’t do ugly 🤣) The pieces are so well made and reconfiguring them is super easy. 100/10!!
Our new foldable bar is getting a good workout! It's the perfect piece of gymnastic equpment for those with minimal space. It's easy to set up, strong and sturdy and easy to put together.
Used it on my wrist roller. Works like a charm.
