Strength Equipment

Strength starts with serious equipment...as reliable as a ute that’s seen a thousand road trips. Built for power, precision, and progress. No gimmicks, just rock-solid performance. Whether lifting heavy or chasing hypertrophy, our gear’s got your back.

calf raise machine is a piece of weight training equipment designed to target the calf muscles (gastrocnemius and soleus) located in the lower leg. It typically consists of a platform for the user to stand on, with adjustable weights attached to the platform via a weight stack or weight plates. The user lifts the weights by extending the ankle, raising the heels off the platform, and then lowering the heels back down to the starting position. The machine typically has supports for the user's legs, such as a shin pad or foot plate, to ensure proper form and stability during the exercise. The calf raise machine is a common piece of equipment found in gyms and weight rooms, and is used by fitness enthusiasts and athletes to build strength, power, and endurance in the calf muscles.

lat pull down machine is a type of weight training equipment used to strengthen the muscles in the upper back, including the latissimus dorsi (lats) and the trapezius. The machine consists of a plate holder for added weight plates, a cable and pulley system, and a wide bar that is attached to the cable. The user sits on a seat with their knees securely fastened under pads, grasps the bar, and pulls it down towards their chest while keeping their back straight. The resistance provided by the weight stack provides a challenging workout for the upper back muscles. The weight used can be adjusted to increase or decrease the difficulty of the exercise. The lat pull down machine is a popular piece of equipment in weight rooms and gyms, and is often used by fitness enthusiasts and athletes looking to build strength and improve posture.

Wall Mount Cable Machine allows for a wide range of exercises to be performed using cable resistance. It consists of added weight plates for resistance, a cable and pulley system, and a wall-mounted frame that holds the weight stack and cable pulleys. The user can perform exercises such as rows, bicep curls, tricep extensions, and many more by attaching various attachments to the cable and adjusting the resistance as desired. A wall mount cable machine is a versatile piece of equipment that can be used to target specific muscle groups and is a popular choice for home and commercial gyms. The ability to adjust the resistance and the angle of the cable provides a high level of versatility and allows for a wide range of exercises to be performed, making it a great addition to any strength training program.

As for the Leg Curl and Extension Machine, the Leg Curl variant is designed to target the muscles in the back of the thigh, including the hamstrings and glutes. The user then curls the lever towards their buttock by contracting the hamstrings, and extends the lever back to the starting position by straightening the legs.

The Leg Extension variant is designed to target the muscles in the front of the thigh, including the quadriceps. The user then extends the legs, raising the lever, by contracting the quadriceps muscles.

The machine consists of a padded seat, a weight stack or weight plates for resistance, and a padded lever that the user sits on and secures their lower legs under. The resistance provided by the weight stack can be adjusted to increase or decrease the difficulty of the exercise. The leg extension and curl machine is a common piece of equipment found in gyms and weight rooms, and is used by fitness enthusiasts and athletes to build strength and improve athletic performance in the legs.

The Preacher Arm Curl and Triceps Machine is designed to target the muscles in the upper arm, including the biceps and triceps. It consists of an adjustable seat, added weight plates for resistance, and a curved pad that the user places their arms on. The user then performs arm curls or tricep extensions against the resistance provided by the weight stack. The preacher pad helps to keep the user's form in check, ensuring that they target the desired muscles effectively. The weight used can be adjusted to increase or decrease the difficulty of the exercise. The Preacher Arm Curl and Triceps Machine is a popular piece of equipment found in weight rooms and gyms, and is used by fitness enthusiasts and athletes to build strength and definition in the upper arm muscles.

    FAQ

Will my standard plates fit these machines?
Most Gym Plus strength machines are compatible with Olympic 2” plates only. Some equipment like Adjustable Bench Press with Converging Arms accepts both standard and Olympic plates. If you’re unsure what plates you have, check the hole diameter. Olympic plates have 50mm holes, standard plates have smaller 25mm ones.
Do I need rubber flooring under the machines?
Yes. Placing these heavy machines on floors can scratch surfaces and create noise. Rubber gym flooring can protect your floor, absorbs impact, and keeps things quieter so you're not rattling the whole house mid-workout.
