If you’re wanting to set up a good home gym, this is for you!

Great setup for a home gym

My first investment in "proper" home gym equipment and couldn't be happier.
Ordering and delivery were easy, most packages delivered in a main delivery, then a final set of weight plates came a couple of days later.
Assembly pretty straightforward, I'd recommend rubber floor tiles underneath, and when all set up it's sturdy and doesn't have any wobbles. Nylock nuts used all around so not expecting anything to loosen up too much.
Lat pull down cable system is really good. Note that the peg for weights takes 1" or 25mm diameter hole weights vs. the 50mm ones that ship for the barbell.
Barbell is longer than I anticipated so you do need decent space around the rack so bar and weights don't catch on anything.
Add a bench to this like I did and with a bit of silicon spray lube for the cables and pulldown mechanism I reckon this will do me for many years.
I've even successfully managed a couple of pull ups already.

Great kit

Good quality for price, does what it needs to. Definitely bolt it down if you have kids who will swing on it.

Customer service is good as I was missing the nuts n bolts and had no dramas getting in touch and responded quickly.

Rack arrived yesterday and I set it up straight away, just finished my first session with it and I’m still amazed. As I was setting it up I mentioned to the wife a few times I didn’t expect it to be such good quality, considering the affordability. Destination Surcharges

Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

Yes, we do offer a local pickup option! If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can select the local pickup option at checkout. The best part? Your order is usually ready to be collected straight away! We’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready, and you can come by at your convenience to pick it up. This is a great way to save on shipping costs and get your items even faster.

What carrier companies are we using?

We use various delivery partners for different products sizes and delivery destinations.

Please note that deliver to PO BOX address is available for products below 22kg and 1M length. Please make sure you have provided a correct street address during checkout on products of excessive size.

If you are not at home during normal business hours (9am – 5pm), you will receive a card indicating the item is required to be picked up from a local depot. A signature is required for collection with a valid photo ID.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to you for items that are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address or failure to collect from local depot.

Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

We aid to provide door to door delivery for every customer. However, buyers in remote areas may be required to collect item from their nearest freight depot. Please ensure if you have any questions about the re-delivery service, we are always here to back you up.

How do I track the status of my order?

All the orders are trackable and tracking information will be supplied as soon as we dispatch the orders.

Why have I only received part of my order?

Many products are packed in multiple packages and might be delivered separately. They might be delivered to you separately depending on how local delivery depot sort parcels. Please allow a few extra days for all remaining parcels to arrive.

We take great care in packaging your items securely, but in the rare event that something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means sending a replacement, offering a refund, or finding another solution that works for you.

What's your warranty policy?

At Gym Plus, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect or need to make a warranty claim, please review the following policy.

1. All products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months, beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

2. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us and provide the following information:

- Your order number.

- A detailed description of the fault or defect.

- Clear photographs or videos that illustrate the fault, if possible. This helps expedite the resolution process.

Upon receiving your report, our team will review the provided information and may request additional details or evidence.

3. Return Authorisation: If it is determined that the item is indeed faulty, we will issue a return authorisation number (RAN) and provide instructions on how to return the item to us.

4. Please note that packaging the item for undamaged shipment is up to you.

5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault or defect. Based on our inspection, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

- Replacement of the faulty item with a new, identical product.

Mainly good

The holes were not punched out properly on one side, so I had to drill through these. You also need more equipment than stated to build it - it couldn't be done without a ratchet. Overall, fine with the end result, just a pain to build it.

Yep, a very nifty piece of equipment. Easy to put together and runs quite well. Actually impressed by the design once I got it all set up

Definitely suggest using a spanner n socket wrench whilst assembling.

Love these ladders so much, they have made our little pilates and strength studio really unique. The only downside was the installation process was a bit tricky. The supplied bolt/anchors couldn't be used in brick and had to be replaced and installed professionally. Super happy now they're up though!
