    Well made product and easy to put together

    The grey looks very classy and suits out house.
    Easy to assemble. Every few days need to make sure to make sure everything is tight as the kids swing around a lot doing their tricks. I am expecting eventually this may not be needed as the threads, washers, etc. settle down with weather and movement.
    The two swinging bars/poles actually are made of wood and seems without any oiling or varnish which means exposed to weather affects the material and could see mould build up. I am going to oil the bars to prevent this.
    Delivered on time however given the items were heavy expected the delivery was done by multiple guys but that wasn't the case and I had to help unload from truck.
    I could also see slight damage to couple of boxes and scratches on couple of parts which I am going to touch put with paint to prevent any rust, etc. starting. I am not sure if this was done at the warehouse or during the transit/delivery.

    Apart from couple of observations I do recommend the product.

    Do MEMAX gymnastics bars require assembly?

    Yes, but don’t panic! Assembly is quick and painless (unlike stepping on LEGO). It takes about 20 - 30 minutes and about 10 mins longer for the uneven bars, fewer if you don’t argue with your partner over the instructions.

    Do MEMAX gymnastics bars require a safety mat?

    Absolutely - a good safety mat is a must! While our bars are super stable, gravity still works, and kids will tumble. A safety mat provides cushioned landings, reduces impact on joints, and helps prevent injuries. Always set up your MEMAX bar with proper matting underneath for a safe and confident training experience.

    How do I clean and maintain my MEMAX gymnastics bars?

    Wipe it down after use (just like sweaty gym equipment - no one likes mystery stickiness).
    Check bolts and screws occasionally - tight bars = safe flips.
    Store it indoors (see Question #2 - weather and steel aren’t besties).

    We offer free shipping to metro areas for non-bulky items and most heavy gym equipment. (Unfortunately, we can't provide free shipping for very large products.)

    Destination Surcharges

    Additional shipping charges may apply for some rural or remote areas. This is because most national couriers don't deliver to these locations directly, and we need to use local couriers, which costs a bit more. Rest assured, we'll cover as much of the cost as possible!

    Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped?

    Yes, we do offer a local pickup option! If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can select the local pickup option at checkout. The best part? Your order is usually ready to be collected straight away! We’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready, and you can come by at your convenience to pick it up. This is a great way to save on shipping costs and get your items even faster.

    What carrier companies are we using?

    We use various delivery partners for different products sizes and delivery destinations.

    Please note that deliver to PO BOX address is available for products below 22kg and 1M length. Please make sure you have provided a correct street address during checkout on products of excessive size.

    If you are not at home during normal business hours (9am – 5pm), you will receive a card indicating the item is required to be picked up from a local depot. A signature is required for collection with a valid photo ID.

    A re-delivery fee will be charged to you for items that are returned to our warehouse due to incorrect address or failure to collect from local depot.

    Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

    We aid to provide door to door delivery for every customer. However, buyers in remote areas may be required to collect item from their nearest freight depot. Please ensure if you have any questions about the re-delivery service, we are always here to back you up.

    How do I track the status of my order?

    All the orders are trackable and tracking information will be supplied as soon as we dispatch the orders.

    You can click the tracking number link to track your package on the couriers website. Please choose the correct courier website.

    Please note tracking can take up to 48 hours to activate with our delivery partners.

    Why have I only received part of my order?

    Many products are packed in multiple packages and might be delivered separately. They might be delivered to you separately depending on how local delivery depot sort parcels. Please allow a few extra days for all remaining parcels to arrive.

    What if my order arrives damaged?

    We take great care in packaging your items securely, but in the rare event that something arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means sending a replacement, offering a refund, or finding another solution that works for you.

    I need to change my ordered items, delivery address, or cancel my order. How do I do this?

    We ship items out very soon after receiving orders. So if you need to change something or cancel your order please email us as soon as possible:

    Step 2: Select the subject as 'After Purchase'.

    Step 3: Include your order number.

    Step 4: Include the desired changes or cancellation request.

    Please understand we can't make the changes if our warehouse staff has already processed the order.

    What's your warranty policy?

    At Gym Plus, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect or need to make a warranty claim, please review the following policy.

    1. All products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months, beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

    2. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us and provide the following information:
    - Your order number.
    - A detailed description of the fault or defect.
    - Clear photographs or videos that illustrate the fault, if possible. This helps expedite the resolution process.
    Upon receiving your report, our team will review the provided information and may request additional details or evidence. 

    3. Return Authorisation: If it is determined that the item is indeed faulty, we will issue a return authorisation number (RAN) and provide instructions on how to return the item to us.

    4. Please note that packaging the item for undamaged shipment is up to you.

    5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault or defect. Based on our inspection, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
    - Replacement of the faulty item with a new, identical product.
    - A refund for the full purchase price, including any shipping fees associated with the original order.
    - Repair services, if applicable and agreed upon.
    The resolution option will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
