I am really impressed with my cable tower set up. I already had a power rack and lat pulldown machine, but lacked the additional capacity to perform cable type exercises for shoulders and pecs. The Gym Plus Cable tower now gives me the ability to perform so many more exercises. The material and construction is high quality and the movement is really smooth. The add on smith attachment is an added bonus that I would highly recommend. The overall equipment does not use a lot of space. I would have rated it 5 stars except that it had a faulty piece of equipment which delayed construction for a week. Gym Plus were straight onto it and posted the required piece ASAP. The instructions were a bit difficult, due to the diagrams being really faded in some parts, but it’s not too hard to figure it out based on pictures from the website. The width between the two towers and depth of the machine are a bit narrow, so if you want to use a bench for incline presses or seated shoulder press, the bench may not sit in deep enough depending on the base configuration of your bench (I can do incline presses but not seated shoulder press on the smith attachment). I can do the smith shoulder presses standing ( I am 172cm tall). Overall a really good product.

Very sturdy and my boys like them and train everyday. Highly recommend for MAG gymnast.
