These Olympic Weight Bar & Bumper Plate Sets are perfect for starting out at your home to build your ideal home gym. In this package you have the option of either a 7ft or a 6ft bar and different weight sets / levels that suit your activity/budget.  You have the option to make your unique strength training weight kit which also includes a pair of spring barbell collars for safety. Both barbells, the 6ft and the 7ft come in a chrome finish with a medium knurling and have a weight capacity of 300kg. The 6 ft bar has an overall length of 182cm, sleeve length of 32.5 cm, Collar to Collar length of 111cm, Shaft diameter of 28mm and it weighs approx. 14.5kg however FT Hakuba bar is only rackable on theATTIVO Squat Rack ZY1425 featuring adjustable width and is not rackable on our other Power Rack/Cages. The 7ft bar has an Overall length of 218cm, Sleeve length of 39.5cm, Collar to Collar length of 130.5cm, Shaft diameter of 28mm and it weighs approx. 17kg. This package includes the durable construction weight plates that are covered by a black rubbery material that gives the plates a low bounce to protect your weight and the flooring. These sets are recommended for day-to-day resistance training and are good for exercises such as squats, deadlifts, shoulder press, barbell rows, bench press and Barbell Hip Thrusts.

ATTIVO Remarkables Olympic Weight Bar 15KG & Colour Bumper Plates Powerlifting Set

This package includes the 15kg Remarkables 15kg Bar which is a perfect barbell for our female Olympic lifters and WODers. Women's hands tend to be smaller than men's, therefore the thinner shaft allows for a better grip and better form in transitioning and in overhead positions. Our Remarkables Women's bar weighs 15kg, features a 25mm shaft diameter, comes in All-black Zinc finish, tensile strength of 160,000 PSI, has a stiff whip, comes with moderate spin and a Length of 201cm. Looking to build your garage gym on a budget? This is our basic garage/home gym package; it comes with the basic pieces you need to get you started. This package includes a barbell, Black bumper plates, collars, and a squat rack, you also have two different options for the racks: TheHalf Rack 2182B or TheHalf Rack L2, The L2 half rack offers safety bars, dip bars and additional grips for pull ups, these two racks are perfect for hitting every part of the body and day to day training.
