    ATTIVO Prone Row Bench - Bench Pull 


    ATTIVO prone row bench is designed to help you perform exercises that target your back muscles, particularly your rhomboids, trapezius, and lats. You can use the bench to perform exercises such as the prone row, where you pull your torso up towards the bench while holding onto the handles or bars, engaging your back muscles in the process.

    Using a prone row bench can be an effective way to build strength and muscular endurance in your back muscles. It can also help to improve your posture and reduce the risk of back pain or injury.

    This solid bench is a must have for any serious training facility. Engineered with 60mm x 60mm steel that is coated with our matte black powder coating. Adjustable bar racking uprights that can be adjusted to all desired heights to ensure you start and finish in the correct position.

    This bench also comes fitted with J Hooks and resistance band pegs. The J Hooks can be fitted on the inside of the bench for all your pull up movements or on the outside (front) of the bench for barbell floor exercises and pulls.
