The air track was promptly delivered and very easy enough to setup. The only downfall is that the power switch can’t stay in its hole and there is a risk of electric shock should it become fully dislodged from its little hole. Plenty of air is forcing its way out through here

Yes, once inflated, inflatable gymnastics mats made with high-quality PVC and drop-stitch technology are 100% waterproof. Many users even place them on the pool or across water for recreational purposes. Just be sure the valve is securely closed to maintain full inflation and keep the pump away from water.

How do I inflate and deflate the mat?

What thickness or size should I choose?

At Gym Plus, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect or need to make a warranty claim, please review the following policy.

1. All products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 12 months, beginning from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

2. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us and provide the following information:

- Your order number.

- A detailed description of the fault or defect.

- Clear photographs or videos that illustrate the fault, if possible. This helps expedite the resolution process.

Upon receiving your report, our team will review the provided information and may request additional details or evidence.

3. Return Authorisation: If it is determined that the item is indeed faulty, we will issue a return authorisation number (RAN) and provide instructions on how to return the item to us.

4. Please note that packaging the item for undamaged shipment is up to you.

5. Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the fault or defect. Based on our inspection, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
